I fear the New Orleans I wanted to see and hear is now gone.
I just discovered your blog. It is simply gorgeous.
Yes, I wonder the same thing about NOLA, and truly wish I had savored it more the last time I was there. I am also stupified that the government doesn't comprehend the national and international treasure of culture-making (artistic, cross-cultural, etc.) that has been the past and present history of New Orleans.
